DOLD Studio’s ANZ Limited is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand) and, where applicable, relevant privacy laws in India. Personal information is collected only where necessary for lawful business purposes and is limited to information that is reasonably required to carry out our functions and activities. This may include a person’s name, email address, business name (if provided), and project-related information voluntarily submitted through our website contact form or email correspondence. We do not collect payment card details or sensitive financial information through our website.
Personal information is collected directly from individuals and is used for the purposes for which it was provided, including responding to enquiries, communicating with clients or prospective clients, understanding project requirements, improving our services, internal business planning, and analysing website usage. From time to time, we may use analytics and tracking tools to collect aggregated, non-identifiable information relating to website traffic, user behaviour, and performance metrics in order to improve functionality and user experience.
DOLD Studio’s takes reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is accurate, up to date, complete, relevant, and not misleading. All personal and project-related information is treated as confidential and is protected by reasonable security safeguards against loss, unauthorised access, misuse, modification, or disclosure. While we take reasonable steps to protect personal information, no system of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties unless disclosure is necessary for the purpose for which the information was collected, is authorised in writing by the individual or client, or is otherwise required or permitted by law. For web-based or design projects, client-provided assets such as logos or content may be uploaded to third-party platforms including Wix or Canva solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services. DOLD Studio’s does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.
All payments for services are conducted via bank transfer only and are governed by separate contractual agreements. Where DOLD Studio’s incurs costs on behalf of a client for hosting, third-party services, or similar expenses, the terms of reimbursement will be communicated prior to commencement of the project. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in recovery of incurred expenses, late payment fees, or withdrawal from the project, in accordance with the applicable agreement.
DOLD Studio’s generally does not engage in work involving minors. In limited circumstances where a project requires interaction with a minor, a supervising adult aged 21 years or older will be required as the primary point of contact, and identity verification may be requested using internationally accepted identification.
Personal information is retained only for as long as it is required for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law, after which it will be securely destroyed or anonymised. Individuals have the right to request access to their personal information and to request correction of that information if it is believed to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Requests may be made by contacting privacy@doldstudios.com. DOLD Studio’s may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, with any changes taking effect upon publication on this website.
